The Mazak Integrex J-400 is linked to a BMO Platinum 50 Frontloader A floor scanner has been installed to guarantee safety around the robot cell. The tri-axis turning machine, miller and drill combination from Mazak has the products loaded by the robot and placed on one of the four trays. The grippers can be automatically changed to take both round products for turning and block products for milling from the trays.
