A representation of a BMO Titanium 180 on two CNC machines from Hermle are visible in the picture.  On the left side of the robot is a Hermle C800U installed and on the right side a Hermle C40U. In this combination, the customer has chosen to provide the BMO robot with the Hermle colors. The robot is placed on a linear carriage to be able to load the CNC machines. Safety is guaranteed by the closed system and the floor scanners between the BMO robot and the Hermle machines.

This BMO robot cell includes the following specifications:

• Pallet and product loading (only pallet loading is optional)
• Heidenhain machine interface (robot side)
• 7 product drawers
• 38 pallet places (with only pallet loading the capacity will be 50 pallet places)
• Program number selection on both CNC machines

• Flexible shelf layout
• Single parallel gripper with self-adjusting jaws (manual adjustable jaws are also optional)
• Double parallel gripper with manually adjustable jaws (self-adjusting jaws are optional)
• Pallet dimensions 395×395 with or without medium throughput (also possible with the option to use different pallet sizes)
• Various machine clamps are possible, standard Schunk KSP+160 or KSP+250
• Gripper jaws for the KSP+160 / KSP+250
• Product revolve station
• Two docking stations
• One turntable in the docking station
• A closed system with automatic doors for safety
