The Hermle C600U will be loaded through the front door by the BMO Platinum 24 Frontloader. It had been decided in this setup to use both pallets and product loading. This BMO robot cell includes the following specifications:

• Platinum series
• 24 kilogram robot
• Pallet and Product loading (only product loading is optional)
• Heidenhain machine interface (robot side)
• Mail module
• Pressure control on gripper
• Pressure control on machine clamp
• 4 product drawers (upgrade to 7 drawers is optional)
• Single parallel gripper with manually adjustable jaws (also self-adjusting jaws are possible)
• Pallet dimensions 395×395 with or without medium throughput (also possible with the option to use different pallet sizes)
• Various machine clamps are possible, standard Schunk KSP+160 or KSP+250
• Gripper jaws for the KSP+160 / KSP+250
• Floor scanner to optimize safety
