The Hedelius Tilenta 9 is connected to a BMO Platinum 50 Frontloader. In order to guarantee safety around the robot cell, a safety fence has been fitted with a light screen. This versatile 5-axis machining centre with pivotable main spindle of Hedelius will be loaded with the help of the robot. De products are placed on one of the seven drawers.

In order to load various product dimensions, this automation is equipped with an automatically adjustable gripper and fixtures are also changed automatically. This is in order to make optimal use of the flexibility of the system.
