The 24 kilogram robot of the BMO Platinum 24 Frontloader ensures that all kinds of productsizes are loaded into the Hedelius RS80. The raw materials are loaded through the automatic front door of the Hedelius CNC machine.

Thanks to the compact robot cell from BMO, products up to 260 mm can be grabbed from one of the seven product drawers to load the Hedelius RS80. The customer choose for a magnetic gripper, a single parallel gripper and a hydraulic clamping system all of which are provided by BMO Automation.

This is an installation from 2015 that can be recognized by the Platinum 24 Frontloader that is executed in the old and lower design. The machine-robot combination still makes many production hours at our customer.
