This BMO customer already owned a BMO Titanium robot cell, complete with a Hedelius Acura 65 5-axis milling machine. The advantage of the BMO Titanium lies in its ability to load two machines simultaneously. To take advantage of this, a second machine was integrated on the left side: the Hedelius Acura 50 with Heidenhain 7 control. This allowed the Acura 50 to be automated without the need to invest in a separate automation solution. Moreover, like the other BMO models, the software of the BMO Titanium is fully optimized for seamless management of two machines.
